Due to the large number of orders and laborious handmade production, having all toys in stock is very unlikely, so we operate on a pre-order scheme. Production time for a bulk order is 10-20 business days. 

We send our toys over the world from Kazakhstan, Russia and USA. The cost of shipping is calculated individually and depend on the weight of the parcel. Please write the quantity of the toys and country you are from and we will count the exact shipping cost.

We receive payments via Paypal or direct bank transaction.

- We help you choose toys, select up-to-date colors and options specifically for your store
- Billing / invoicing
- Paying the bill. Work on the order begins only after the full payment.
- Order processing under the terms set out in the invoice.
- Shipping the order. Upon shipment, a tracking number and a photo of the shipment receipt will be provided.
